Pepper helps bank customers to navigate their options

The Bank of Yokohama, which provides banking services throughout much of Kanagawa prefecture and beyond, has installed Pepper robots in various key branches. The software provided by Unicast robotics allows Pepper to guide customers through bank services, new promotions and deals, and also simple navigation throughout the branch itself. All of this culminates in a new and exciting way to support customers, particularly during peak business hours.

Pepper’s Functions

Starting with friendly and polite greetings for customers, Pepper serves as a great communication tool for branches, as well as a great topic of conversation with customers. With it’s attached tablet, Pepper is able to easily guide customers through bank services (account and ATM fees, promotional campaigns, etc.) and help streamline the customer experience.
