Information Security Policy

In order to provide our customers with a high level of service, Unicast Robotics Inc. (hereafter Unicast Robotics）makes use of a large amount of data. In order to protect sensitive data from accidents, disasters, and crimes, and to protect the relationship of trust with our customers and society at large, Unicast Robotics has established the following basic policy for information security and set guidelines for our information security efforts.

1. Development of Internal Systems and Security Policies

As a formal, internal policy, Unicast Robotics will establish the necessary management systems for maintaining and improving security, and establish necessary information security measures.

2. Responsibility and continuous improvement of leadership

Unicast Robotics’ executives will take appropriate measures to achieve this policy, and to properly manage corporate and customer data assets.

3. Compliance with legal and contractual obligations

Unicast Robotics’ employees and representatives will work to ensure compliance to all legal and contractual obligations regarding the use and management of data assets.

4. Employee Efforts

Unicast Robotics’ employees will make all reasonable efforts to maintain the proper knowledge and technical skill necessary for the maintenance and improvement of information security.

5. Response to violations and incidents

Unicast Robotics will establish a system for responding to any violations of laws, regulations, or norms related to information security and customer contracts, and to reduce the impact of any information security accidents or violations.
